Can I register without Facebook?
Of course, you don't need to have a Facebook account to create a staycation account. You can sign up with your email address and a good old password.
I can't log into my account
Here are the captain's instructions: Check that you have entered the correct email address and password. Check the slides at the opposite gate. If you used Facebook Connect for registration, you are advised to do the same for each new login. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to send us an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
I've forgotten my password
Click on the 'Forgotten password' link and we'll send you an email to reset your password. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder. Despite all our best efforts, some algorythms still misplace our emails. If you still can't find it, it could be for one of two reasons: Another email address is linked to your account. You signed up to Staycation using Facebook connect with another email adress

I'd like to delete my account
Aww, we'll be sad to see you go. But you can always come back! Once you've logged in, go to the 'My Account' section, click on 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the page, then confirm. We will not keep any of your personal data.
Which payment methods are accepted ?
The usual: Visa and Mastercard. We don't accept American Express yet, nor do we accept checks, handshakes, and blood pacts.
Is payment secure?
All payments go through our partner Adyen, who are kind enough to secure all our payments using the latest in encryption tech.
Any additional fees I should know about?
All the costs associated with your booking are clearly indicated before the payment stage. On site, you will be asked to pay the "What is the tourist tax?" which hotels must collect on behalf of the city. The hotel may also ask you for a pre-authorisation at check-in which is useful in case you have to pay any charges or for the deposit but this amount won't be charged.
What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is what we call in the jargon, an imponderable. It is collected by the city from all hoteliers for each reservation made, whether you are a foreign or French tourist. The amount is fixed and varies according to the category of the hotel. You will therefore be required to pay it directly to the hotel when you check in.
