I can't log into my account
That's fine, no need to panic just yet. Make sure you're using the right email address and password to log in. If you used Facebook Connect to log in when you subscribed, you'll need to make sure you use it everytime you log in.
I've forgotten my password
Click on the 'Forgotten password' link and we'll send you an email to reset your password. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder. Despite all our best efforts, some algorythms still misplace our emails. If you still can't find it, it could be for one of two reasons: Another email address is linked to your account. You signed up to Staycation using Facebook connect with another email adress
I'd like to unsuscribe from the newsletter
Are you sure you want to say goodbye to exclusive offers, premium previews and exciting raffle prizes? To unsubscribe, log in and go to the My Account section: untick the box next to 'Subscribe to the premium newsletter' and click 'Save'.
I'd like to delete my account
Aww, we'll be sad to see you go. But you can always come back! Once you've logged in, go to the My Account section, click on 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the page, then confirm. We will not keep any of your personal data.
Which payment methods are accepted ?
The usual: Visa and Mastercard. We don't accept American Express yet, nor do we accept checks, handshakes, and blood pacts.
Is payment secure?
All payments go through our partner Stripe, who are kind enough to secure all our payments using the latest in encryption tech.
Any additional fees I should know about?
All booking fees are clearly indicated on the payment page. If you then want to treat yourself to an extra cocktail or a box of cashews, that's entirely up to you.
