What preventive measures are taken by hotels?
Our partners are committed to welcome each guest in the best and safest conditions. All hotels have introduced hygiene & prevention measures to ensure your safety such as hand sanitizer at your disposal, social distancing, regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas. You can contact the hotel to have more details of the different measures.

While all Staycation packages have been adapted to the current situation, absolutely nothing has changed in terms of experiences and magical stays.

Are services such as massages, spa access, swimming pools, dinners still available?
All Staycation packages have been adapted to the current situation. Available services depend on each hotel but services included in the different packages online are guaranteed during your Staycation.

Is a Health pass or PCR test required ?
In France Since January 24th 2022, a vaccination pass is required to access Hotels and Restaurants for guests over 16 years old. Negative PCR or Antigen tests are not accepted anymore. In the UK No vaccination pass or PCR tests are required for your Staycations.

Have all hotels reopened?
Most of our hotel partners have reopened by now and others will follow in the coming weeks. A new selection of Staycation offers is available every Wednesday morning.

Are all experiences the same as before?
While our hotel partners do their best to maintain the same level of service than before, some services and access to facilities have slightly changed. For instance, some spas and swimming pools remain open but at a reduced capacity and accessible on a specific time slot. Others will require a private booking. Breakfast formats can also vary from hotel to hotel. All essential information can be found on each Staycation package page.

Will access to common areas - pool, spa, bar, restaurant - be provided?
All staycation packages have been updated to the current situation and experiences included in your package will be available on site. Access to common areas that are not part of the Staycation package is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel current policy.

Will you extend expired gift cards during the period of strict health measures?
If your gift card has expired within the last 3 months or is likely to expire in the next few days, don't panic: we can extend your gift card for an additional 3 months. You'll just have to contact us at hello@staycation.co so we can make the change.🔥
