What changed in the Staycation offers since Covid?
Absolutely nothing in terms of the experiences that are offered each week. On the other hand, hotels now ask for a health pass on arrival, or a negative PCR or an antigen test.
Are services such as massages, spa access, swimming pools, dinners still available?
All our experiences have been adapted to the current situation, with or without lockdowns. The services offered today on the website are therefore always guaranteed during your Staycation.
Is a health pass or PCR/antigenic test required ?
Since August 1st, you will have to present a health pass at your check-in (PCR or antigenic negative test or your QR code which proves that you are 100% vaccinated) ✨
Have all the hotels reopened?
Some hotels have reopened and others will follow in the coming weeks. You'll find more and more offers and experiences every Wednesday morning.
What sanitary measures are taken by hotels?
Our partners are committed to welcome each guest in the best sanitary conditions with reinforced hygiene measures such as distribution of hydro-alcoholic gel, application of barrier gestures, regular cleaning and disinfection of common areas. You can contact the hotel to find out the details of the measures in place.
Are the experiences offered the same as before?
Some spas and swimming pools remain open for private use or with access by preferred time slot and reduced capacity. Breakfast will be served directly in the restaurant or in bed. Sanitary measures are maintained at their highest level.
Can I have dinner in my room?
A "Stay Safe" section is now displayed on every page to help you prepare for your Staycation. You'll know at a glance if the hotel offers a room service dining option or if you are entitled to have your food delivered to your room via your favourite delivery app.
Will access to common areas - pool, spa, bar, restaurant - be provided?
The experiences included in your package will be available on site. Private spa and swimming pool, dinner on the terrace or room service, breakfast in bed or to take away: the access or service conditions are indicated on the pages of each experience.
Will you extend expired gift cards during the period of strict health measures?
If your gift card has expired in the last 3 months or is likely to expire in the next few days, don't panic: gift card validities are extended for 3 months. You'll just have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make the change.🔥
