Our reservations are also non-cancellable and non-refundable.
In case of unexpected events, it is possible to transfer it to someone else. We invite you to contact the hotel to specify the name of the beneficiary. 🏨📞
What if I booked a moment ?
Your booking can be cancelled and reimbursed if the request is made at least 24 hours before the check-in time.
You will find the start time of your stay in the my staycations section or on your booking confirmation.
