If your booking hasn't gone through, please try again. If it still won't work after you've tried a few times, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You're using Internet Explorer
We strongly advise you to test on a computer (if you were on the app) and/or to change your browser by going to Chrome or Safari.
2.Your card has been declined 💳
Try again with another card. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.
3.Your basket has expired ⏰
There's a chance you've spent more than 10 minutes on our payment confirmation page. In which case, you should have seen a little message 'Your basket has expired' pop up. If so, please try booking again.
4. Empty fields
Please make sure that all fields are filled in. Otherwise the validation for the next step will not go through.
