If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to retry your booking. If after several attempts, you still experience difficulties, you may fall into one of the following cases:
💳 Case #1: Your card is declined
Try using another card, and if the problem persists, contact your bank. Please note that we do not yet accept Amex cards (American Express) or holiday vouchers.
🛒 Case #2: Your cart has expired
You may have taken more than 10 minutes before validating the payment. In this case, you must have seen the message "Your cart has expired". Please restart the booking process.
🐢 Case #3: You are using Internet Explorer
We strongly recommend switching to a different browser such as Chrome or Safari (Internet Explorer has not been updated since 2016 - RIP).
